• Proof of 12 Years of School or Equivalent with A-Level degree for Bachelor Programs (Minimum 3 Subjects Passed)

1. Copy of International Passport

2. Bachelor’s Degree and Transcript For Master Program Applicants.

• Master and Transfer Applicants should Additionally Present a Certificate/Statement from their University or Higher Institution that the Courses were on Campus and Not Online.

Application Process

Submit the Application Form

Fill out the Application Form with accurate details.

Attach the Required Documents based on your chosen program level.

Attend the Interview

After submitting your application, an interview will be scheduled.

Attend the interview on the given time and date.

Offer Letter

Upon successfully completing the interview, you will receive an Offer Letter.

The offer letter confirms your preliminary acceptance into the program, subject to the completion of further steps.

Pay the Application Fee

The Application fee is non-refundable and is used for:

Translation, notarization, and certification of your application materials into Georgian.

Recognition and enrollment procedures at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.

Processing Time: Normal registration takes 30 working days.

Express options are available for faster processing (15 working days, 5 working days, or 1 day, with additional fees).

Documents Submitted for Translation

Once the application fee is paid, your documents will be submitted for translation and notarization.

Documents are translated into Georgian and certified for further processing.

This step ensures your academic credentials meet local regulatory standards.

Placement Letter

After document preparation, you will receive a Placement Letter.

The placement letter confirms your program allocation based on your qualifications and preferences.

Documents Submitted to the Ministry of Education

Translated & Notarized documents are submitted to the Ministry of Education for final approval.

The Ministry evaluates your documents for compliance with educational standards.

Documents Received from Ministry of Education

Approval from the Ministry is typically issued within 1-30 working days, Depending on how fast you choose.

This approval is necessary for your formal enrollment in the program.

Acceptance Letter / Invoice

Once Ministry approval is received, you will be issued an Acceptance Letter and Invoice for tuition fees.

The acceptance letter officially confirms your place in the program.

The invoice outlines the tuition fee payment details.

Tuition Fee

Pay the tuition fee as specified in the invoice.

Tuition payment finalizes your admission and ensures you are officially enrolled.

Invitation Letters

Upon tuition payment, you will receive Invitation Letters.

These letters are essential for completing your visa application and travel arrangements.

Tip: Start your visa process immediately upon receiving the invitation letters to avoid delays.
